What’s included for free?
Basic includes two active modules and their core tools, no advertising and a small AI allowance that renews every seven days. For example, choosing Nutrition includes unlimited meals. Basic has no time limit.
Can I change my modules?
Yes. After onboarding, a module change on Basic or +1 opens a 60-minute selection window. After that, your selection stays fixed for seven days. Unlimited plans let you change modules at any time. Turning a module off keeps your logs.
How does the AI allowance work?
Basic, +1 and Unlimited include the same small weekly allowance. Unlimited + AI adds a larger allowance, not unlimited AI. Usage varies by request; unused credit doesn’t roll over. MGM shows your usage and reset time.
Where do I subscribe or cancel?
Subscriptions are purchased in the iPhone app through Apple and renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. We don’t take payments on this website. Read the full terms.
